2010 CONCESSIONS VENDOR INFO
Preference will be given to vendors with creative chicken/egg/turkey dishes.
APPLICATION DEADLINE: March 1, 2010.
SPACE SIZE: Your space is a basic 10 X 10, however should you require additional space we can accommodate you. Please note on the food vendor form the amount of space you need.
ELECTRICITY: Provided.
RESTRICTIONS: The festival maintains exclusive beverage rights for bottle water, soft drinks, and lemonade. Food Vendors may sell homemade tea, sweet or unsweet, hot coffee. All set up for food vendors must be complete by 6:00 p.m. on Friday prior to the Saturday festival start. No vehicles
will be permitted inside the festival gates on Saturday or Sunday. You may pack up your booths no earlier than 5:00 p.m. on Sunday. Vehicles will be permitted inside the festival fence when the patrons leave. Preference will be given to vendors with creative chicken/egg/turkey dishes.
FOOD TICKETS: All prices are in increments of $1. Festival committee will sell tickets to patrons. Patrons will exchange tickets for all food and beverage. Food vendors may not take cash under any circumstance.
HEALTH INSPECTION: The Lawrence County Health Department will be doing inspection of each booth.
