2010 ARTS & CRAFTS VENDORS INFO
The Arts and Crafts exhibits will be located in the field in the “Down on the Farm” exhibit area next to the Bluegrass Stage. Booth sizes may be increased to a 10 x 20 at no additional charge to the artist. Vendors will be able to drive and park next to their booth, making for easy set up and take down.
New for the Arts & Crafts vendors section in 2010 will be a Gourd House that will include all vendors who specialize in utilizing gourds in their crafts.
APPLICATION DEADLINE: Friday, March 26, 2010.
SPACE SIZE: 10’ X 20’ for outside booths.
RESTRICTIONS: The festival maintains exclusive beverage rights for bottle water, soft drinks, and lemonade. Arts & Crafts vendor may not sell food or beverage items.
SET UP: All set up for arts & craft vendors must be complete by 6:00 p.m. on Friday prior to the Saturday festival start. Vehicles will be permitted inside the festival gates but may not be moved during the hours of operation. You may pack up your booths no earlier than 5:00 p.m. on Sunday.
